Brand Overview
OnlySpins is an online casino brand that has been operating since 2019. The website boasts a sleek and modern design, indicating a focus on user experience. With its headquarters based in the Netherlands Antilles, OnlySpins has established itself as a reputable player in the iGaming industry.
Upon initial observation, it appears that OnlySpins is targeting players from various regions around the world, given the availability of multiple languages (English, German, Spanish, French, https://onlyspins-ca.ca/ and others) on their website. This diverse approach to catering to different markets suggests an effort by the brand to expand its reach beyond traditional geographical boundaries.
Registration
Signing up for a new account at OnlySpins involves filling out a basic registration form with essential details such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. Users must also provide valid identification documentation (passport or driver’s license) during the verification process to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
During this stage, users have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with OnlySpins’ terms and conditions by browsing through a comprehensive policy document available on their website. While we couldn’t find detailed information regarding account restrictions for UK players due to age or location (as is customary), the standard documentation of rules would typically be included in the user agreement.
Account Features
Registered users at OnlySpins can manage multiple accounts under a single login ID, known as ‘Multi-Account Login’ option. Furthermore, there’s support for different languages and time zones which contributes to providing a tailored experience regardless of geographical position or preferred language.
Additionally, one aspect that could be more straightforward in its operation is access control – we discovered issues related to resetting forgotten passwords with certain verification processes not being implemented correctly when trying to create an account from the mobile platform using test credentials (an occurrence also seen on some websites). These kinds of limitations typically do not impact user experience.
Bonuses
Welcome packages at OnlySpins are competitive, consisting of two bonuses for new sign-ups:
Also present is the ‘Deposit Spinnovation Program,’ offering free spins after a certain number of deposits have been completed.
The rollover requirements for cash-out associated with bonus winnings, which varies between the mentioned welcome offers from as low as (20 x) the bonus amount plus any other related contribution-based wagering requirements set by OnlySpins’ terms and conditions, suggests that it’s not an easy win since there is no limit to how long one might take.
